Sometimes you may just need some quick feedback about the positive and negative impressions of your events. If you only need some basic feedback from your audience, you may want to consider a Plus/Delta form of evaluation. This is among the most basic formats for program evaluation, in which you have two columns: what positive impressions people had, and areas that could be improved in the future.
