Registration will open February 2024 with limited spots. Register before June 30, 2024 to take advantage of our early bird rate.
Hotel
The Madison Concourse Hotel is conveniently located approximately 15 minutes from the Dane County Regional Airport (MSN). The hotel offers complimentary shuttles between 4:30 AM and 11:00 PM each day.
A room block has been set aside for conference attendees at the Madison Concourse Hotel. Instructions to reserve your room along with pricing will be included in the March registration information.
Agenda
We are excited to release our agenda for the conference. Day 1 will include brief presentations on a wide range of topics, including applied science and outreach presentations from other participants. Day 2 will include interactive conference and breakout discussions to identify important outreach topics for further exploration and collaboration. This will be a unique opportunity to network and build new relationships to advance the science and practice of effective agricultural outreach!
