About Course

The Grow More: OffshootsProgram will train individuals on the modules in the GrowMore program and will certify individuals to give Grow More trainings themselves. Successful applicants receive individualized coaching and preparation from National Wildlife Federation staff on the science of the successful Grow More program and how trainings can be replicated for their own staff and partners.

The training has 6 modules including, “Introduction to Behavior Change and Social Norms and Culture”, “Messaging for Middle Adopters”, “Reframing to Reach New Audiences”, “Finding and Preparing Speakers”, “Impact and Evaluation” and “Planning Your Outreach”. After each module, participants will be asked to complete a learning assessment activity. Participants must receive 75% or higher on each activity to pass the program.

Each online module consists of a 15-to-20-minute lecture video to watch and one or two articles to read. Each of the four units will be assessed for participant understanding through a short answer reflection, assessment, and an online discussion.
